  The African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC), is excited to share that on Friday, April 8, we will be hosting a Virtual Learning Lab as part of the Skoll World Forum 2022 Ecosystem Events.  As the world navigates the uncharted waters of COVID-19 and its aftermath, women entrepreneurs in Africa continue to face a number of larger systemic risks when they launch and run their own companies, including the assumed roles of women in society, perception, fears of imperfection, and access to capital.   Please join us for an interactive Learning Lab focused on Risk Mitigation: Future-Proofing Women-Owned Businesses in Africa. In support of our mission to empower women business owners to build resilient businesses, this workshop will help entrepreneurs develop a plan to identify and prepare for the external risks associated with running their own businesses.
